Location: Petaling Jaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the daily and weekly operational cadence across Administrative, Procurement, Warehouse, Accounts, and Laboratory Support teams.
• Maintain central KPI trackers and rigorously follow up on deliverables committed by department leads.
• Apply the Red, Amber, Green (RAG) framework to classify operational issues, escalating critical matters to the COO same-day with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify root causes of recurring bottlenecks to ensure permanent, scalable solutions.
• Drive the rollout of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure timely, accurate reporting across all departments to the COO office.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives, including audit preparations and enterprise system implementations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of operational management experience with a proven track record of simultaneously overseeing multi-disciplinary departments.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese is required to coordinate seamlessly with regional stakeholders and vendor networks.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with extensive experience in operational trend analysis and board-level reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in high-detail administrative oversight, team alignment, and SOP enforcement.
