Job Purposes

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our JAG Group all entities HR team by finding top talent, setting up interviews, and making the hiring process smooth.

• Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
• Department: GHR - Talent Acquisition
• Location: Axiata Tower, KL Sentral

Main Duties

• Sourcing: Search for active and passive candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct quick phone calls to check basic qualifications and interest.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and arrange interview times between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Care: Update applicants on their status and answer their questions to give them a great experience.
• Campus Fair/ Career Fair: Participate and coordinate the end to end campus fair/ career fair
• Recruitment Admin Support: Help maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update tracking sheets, and assist with branding tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Currently studying Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Skills: Great verbal and written communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.
• Tech savvy: Comfortable using social media, MS Office, or Google Workspace (experience with an ATS is a plus).
• Attitude: Eager to learn, friendly, and a strong team player.
• Language: Preferable competence in Mandarin, you may support the country such as China, Taiwan and HK
