Preschool Programmes Facilitator

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Part-Time Programme Facilitator to work with preschool-aged children. This role involves conducting and delivering programme content in an engaging, interactive manner that supports early childhood development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver pre-planned educational programme sessions to preschool students (ages 4–6).
• Create a lively and interactive classroom environment through storytelling, music, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Encourage participation and engagement while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive learning space.
• Assist in setting up and packing down materials before and after each session.
• Observe and report on children’s participation and progress where required.

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken English; able to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Able to commit to scheduled programme dates/times reliably.
• Energetic, warm, and patient personality with a passion for early childhood education.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Able to engage a group of young learners through creative and interactive methods.
