Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure in a mission-critical 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, system administration, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage, firewalls, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and support Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, and related systems.
• Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Support IT security, access management, disaster recovery, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and change records.
• Support enterprise hardware, virtualization (VMware/OpenShift/Kubernetes), and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability and automation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, enterprise servers, storage, networking, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with backup & recovery, system monitoring, and virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, Grafana, and Prometheus is an advantage.
• RHCSA/RHCE and VMware certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
