Provie IT support for the company'soffice and construction project sites to ensure the smooth operation of ITsystem network, and equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Provide IT support to office andsite users

- install, configure, and maintaincomputers, laptops, printers and mobile devices

- Troubleshoot hardware, software,email, network and VPN issues

- Support and maintain CCTV systemsand other site IT equipment

- Set up and maintain internet andWI-FI connections for office and project sites

- Manage Microsoft 365 use accountsand basic system administration

. Perform regular system updates,backups and maintain IT asset inventory

- Coordinate with external IT vendorsfor maintenance and support

- Carry out other IT related dutiesassigned by management

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in InformationTechnology or a related field

- At least 2 years of relevant ITsupport experience

- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft365, networking, VPN, CCTV systems, and hardware troubleshooting
