Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain and organize documents, records, and filing systems.
Liaise with Headquarters (HQ) on staff rosters, leave applications, and headcount reports.
Coordinate with HR on staff training and course registrations.
Process and coordinate security clearances, carpark applications, MINDEF passes, and other site access requirements where applicable.
Monitor staff attendance, overtime submissions, and roster changes in the system.
Maintain accurate operational records and tracking systems.
Prepare, update, and generate reports to support operational requirements.
Communicate company announcements, circulars, and notices to site staff.
Handle employee exit procedures, including clearance, return of staff passes, and airport passes.
Provide administrative coverage during the absence of other office staff.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Inventory Support
Assist the Site Manager in conducting quarterly inventory checks.
Support inventory tracking and record maintenance.
What We're Looking For
Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
At least 2–3 years of administrative experience.
Experience in procurement and inventory management will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Willing to work on weekends when required to support company events.
