Job Summary

Manage and maintain property facilities by implementing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, coordinating tenant fit-out works, and supporting leasing activities to ensure optimal building operations and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities at property sites to ensure operational efficiency and safety
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules to uphold plant facility conditions
• Investigate defects, obtain quotations, and prepare proposals for rectification works
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify property maintenance standards
• Oversee daily building operations including responding promptly to tenant feedback
• Administer and manage service contracts to ensure compliance and performance
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
• Assist in drafting projected annual maintenance budgets for property upkeep
• Prepare premises for tenant handover and conduct reinstatement inspections
• Review and recommend replacement or improvement plans for facility upgrades
• Support Leasing Department by coordinating tenancy-related activities
• Conduct handover and takeover inspections of premises with leasing personnel and tenants
• Vet, review, and approve tenants’ fitting-out plans to ensure compliance with requirements
• Advise tenants and coordinate fitting-out works to ensure proper execution
