About the role
This role combines office-based responsibilities with on-site project support. You will provide pre-sales, sales, and after-sales technical support to the sales team and end customers, manage project configuration and registration, prepare technical documentation, and gather market feedback to drive product improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales, sales, and after-sales technical support to the sales team and end customers.
- Respond to technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and handle overseas customer feedback, product suggestions, and complaints.
- Accurately document technical issues and maintenance records for defective products.
- Manage project configuration and registration to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor product upgrades, enhancements, and new product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, datasheets, and operating guidelines.
- Deliver technical training to customers to ensure proper product operation and application.
- Gather customer feedback and perform market analysis.
- Analyze overseas market needs and propose practical strategies for product enhancement.
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of relevant technical principles, system operations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Proficient in computer software, diagnostic tools, and product commissioning/maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
- Willing to travel extensively as required and capable of independently completing on-site system commissioning tasks.
- Experience in the fire protection or low-voltage (ELV) systems industry is highly preferred.
