• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), systems engineering, and technical leadership.
• Expertise in system architecture, engineering operations, project management, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other software and engineering delivery methodologies.
