Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist merchants in gathering and completing
    required documentation for onboarding and compliance purposes.
  • Review and verify all submitted merchant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
    with internal policies and regulatory requirements before submission to the Compliance
    Department.
  •  Act as the main point of contact for merchants regarding documentation-related queries
    and provide guidance as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Compliance and Finance, to ensure a seamless
    onboarding experience for merchants.
  • Maintain and update merchant records and documentation in accordance with company
    policies.
  • Support the resolution of any documentation discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  •  Assist in preparing merchant-related reports and operational updates.
  •  Provide administrative support for merchant operations
  •  Handle Merchant Leasing contract renewal
  • Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
