What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, operational standards, and all company policies, procedures, and service protocols across the outlet
• Maintain accurate records of operations, finances, and staff performance
• Supervise and ensure consistent execution of opening, closing, and shift handover procedures
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Area Manager (F&B) or management

• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong financial and operational understanding, with budget and cost control expertise
