Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience in financial services, credit, private equity, or investment operations preferred
- Skilled in gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Understanding of data structures, data flows, and business reporting
- Ability to document business requirements clearly and effectively
- Experience with process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of or interest in financial services, including banking, insurance, investments, or credit
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
