Company Overview

The client is a well-established Asia Pacific regional office with its own converting and warehouse facilities located in Joo Koon. They operate on a 5-day work week.

Job Summary

You will support factory order fulfillment by verifying orders, assisting in material conversion, labeling and packing goods, inspecting for defects, and recording finished products into the system.

Responsibilities

• Verify factory orders accurately against customer requirements to ensure correct processing
• Assist in converting paper, film, and electrical materials as needed to support production
• Perform labeling and packing of goods to prepare products for shipment
• Inspect goods for defects to maintain quality standards before dispatch
• Label pallets and transfer finished goods to the warehouse for storage
• Record finished work accurately into the system to maintain inventory and production records

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a similar production role
• Minimum O Level education
• Ability to communicate in English and use computer systems effectively
• Demonstrate teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues
