Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Design and recommend customized solutions.
• Answer technical questions during the sales process.
• Prepare proposals, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical documentation.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams.
• Support customers during implementation and onboarding.
