Job Description

This role will play a role in ensuring service and product quality of therapeutic products consistently meets predefined requirements, as well as maintaining relevant documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

• Ensuring Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements are fulfilled.
• Review environmental monitoring reports and investigate any abnormality.
• Review of cleaning records and other Preventive Maintenance completed based on schedule
• Assist in documentation related activities such as ensuring sign offs, scanning, filing and retrieval.
• Ensure batch packaging records/photos are properly completed and documented.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, including regulatory inspection.
• Assist in Change Control and Non-Compliance related actions such as risk analysis, investigations, root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA.
• Other GDP/GMP related quality assurance and regulatory activities

Quality Control

• Conducts QC checks on raw materials, packing materials, in-process control, and finished products.
• Prepare and release labels when required.
• Coordinate with the operations team for investigations on OOS, deviation and rejected products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality standards.

Pharmacy

• Picking, packing and other related activities in National Central Fulfilment Pharmacy

Requirement:

• Working experience in quality positions is preferred. Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare logistics, or relevant experience will be advantageous.
• Commitment to integrity and honesty.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable and willing to work in a start-up environment.

Work location: 4 Pandan Avenue (nearest MRT: Jurong East/Clementi, SBS 78).Transport from nearby MRT stations will be provided.

Working Hours: Mon - Thu 8:30 am to 6 pm, Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (5 days work week).
