Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end contract administration of projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities   

• Support the preparation and submission of progress claims and variations       
• Assist in the management and tracking of project costs and certifications      
• Coordinate with Project Team, Main Contractors, and Finance on contract matters
• Participate in the preparation of final accounts and retention claims      
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in QuantitySurveying or related discipline
• Relevant experience in Construction or contract administration is an advantage     
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines      
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
