Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Accounts Assistant supports the finance team in handling daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, proper documentation, and timely reconciliation of accounts. The role involves accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, filing, and general accounting support.
Description:
Assist Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Any other ad-hoc work instructed by the superior for account-related matters.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
Experienced in SAP System but not preferred
Meticulous, organized, and possess a positive attitude
Able to start work with short notice
