Discipline Support Officer

$25–$30/hour | Approx. $4,225–$5,070/month
14-month contract | Aug 2026 – Oct 2027

Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in uniformed services or student discipline management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, responsible and able to work independently
• Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities:
• Support student discipline and campus supervision
• Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare reports
• Supervise detention and in-house suspension programmes
• Patrol school premises during recess, transitions and dismissal
• Engage students, staff and parents on discipline matters
• Support restorative practices and positive student behaviour

Working Hours:
Mon–Thu: 8:00am–5:30pm
Fri: 8:00am–2:00pm
Excludes weekends, public holidays, designated HBL days and school holidays.
