Job Requirements:

* Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience with a Main Contractor in Singapore.

* Strong experience in A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects is highly preferred.

* Candidates with proven experience in Condominium, Commercial, or other building projects under a Main Contractor are also welcome.

* Able to independently manage the entire project from planning to completion.

* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, technical coordination, and site management.

* Experienced in coordinating with Architects, Consultants, PE, QP, Subcontractors, and Clients.

* Familiar with project documentation, shop drawings, material submissions, inspections, and authority requirements.

* Excellent problem-solving and project coordination skills.

* Good command of spoken and written English.

* Able to join immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion.

* Coordinate all technical, construction, and site activities.

* Resolve technical and site issues efficiently.

* Conduct project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

* Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost.

* Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team.
