We're looking for a commercially driven sales leader to accelerate business growth across the global maritime sector. This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Marine Product Sales Manager with a proven track record in winning new business and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execute the commercial strategy.
• Develop new business opportunities with shipowners, ship managers, and maritime operators.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
• Grow strategic accounts through upselling and long-term relationship management.
• Build channel partnerships and represent the business at industry events.

About You

• 8 years of B2B sales or business development experience within the maritime industry.
• Strong experience selling marine products, maritime technology, safety solutions, or digital services.
• Proven success in enterprise sales and new business acquisition.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Former Master Mariners with strong commercial experience are highly encouraged to apply.
