Responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item management, queries, and dashboards. This is a key requirement.
- Good understanding of BPMN modelling standards and business process documentation.
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing and reconciliation using Power Query, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business problems, analyse data, and present clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation.
