Responsibilities

Event Setup & On-site Support

• You will prepare, load and unload event materials and equipment to match each project plan.
• You will install and dismantle exhibition booths, roadshows and product launches, ensuring safe and correct installation.
• You will provide hands-on technical support during setup and dismantle, troubleshoot production issues and relay updates to the Event Coordinator.

Warehouse & Inventory

• You will manage warehouse stock, check and organise tools, equipment and promotional items before dispatch.
• You will prepare items to packing lists, conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• You will inspect returned items after events and report any missing or damaged equipment promptly.

Production Coordination & Logistics

• You will coordinate with suppliers, fabricators and logistics partners to track production progress and delivery schedules.
• You will arrange transportation, manpower and equipment as required and monitor project timelines to meet production milestones.
• You will maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse and on-site, and perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Production Team Leader.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You hold SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• You may be a fresh graduate; experience in event production, warehouse operations, exhibition setup or logistics is an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You have basic knowledge of event structures, exhibition systems or warehouse operations.
• You can use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• You are organised with inventory management skills and able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Possession of a GDL licence or forklift experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You are responsible, hardworking and willing to learn, with good teamwork and communication.
• You can work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and be flexible with hours including weekends and public holidays when required.
• You are physically fit to lift and handle event equipment and have your own transportation.
