Job Summary

Join Godmama as a full-time Service Crew member to deliver excellent customer service, manage orders and inventory, and maintain a welcoming dining space at Parkway Parade.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly to create a comfortable dining experience
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly
• Monitor tables to identify and resolve any service issues quickly
• Handle cash transactions and prepare beverages efficiently
• Manage daily inventory to ensure stock levels meet service demands
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor and service areas
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess at least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not mandatory)
• Demonstrate teamwork and positive energy during busy service periods
• Show eagerness to learn and adapt through provided training
