Ramakrishna Mission Singapore is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the OneRKM Unified System, an integrated digital platform supporting the Mission's public websites and internal operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise architecture, CRM/ERP solutions, AI-enabled automation, mobile applications, cloud technologies, payment integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple departments.

# Key Responsibilities

* Lead the enterprise architecture and technology roadmap for the OneRKM Unified System.

* Design, develop, deploy and maintain enterprise CRM, ERP, web applications, mobile applications and public websites.

* Architect secure, scalable and cloud-native solutions using Microsoft technologies.

* Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

* Design AI-powered automation, intelligent workflows and digital business processes.

* Build enterprise integrations with payment gateways, finance systems, communication platforms and third-party services.

* Lead Azure cloud architecture, security, deployment and DevOps practices.

* Design REST APIs and enterprise integration frameworks.

* Implement AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft AI technologies and Azure AI services.

* Provide technical leadership, solution governance and best practices across digital initiatives.

* Ensure system security, scalability, performance, business continuity and documentation.

* Support future digital initiatives including mobile applications, AI solutions and enterprise modernisation.
