Job Scope :

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure construction activities comply with project plans and timelines.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and submit updates to management.
• Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Verify and approve materials delivered on-site according to project specifications.
• Attend site meetings and provide input on work schedules and technical matters.
• Identify potential delays or risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedule.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities, inspections, and incidents.
