- Optimise performance, latency, concurrency and system reliability.
- Work closely with traders, quantitative researchers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions.
- Design and implement robust APIs, messaging frameworks and distributed data-processing pipelines.
- Take ownership across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through to deployment and production support.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline from a top-tier university.
- Outstanding academic record with evidence of academic excellence, such as First Class Honours, Summa Cum Laude, Dean's List, scholarships, programming competitions, Olympiads or other notable achievements.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building complex, large-scale systems.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, C++, Java, C#/.NET and/or Rust.
