The Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Lead to oversee our Retirement Solution initiatives. This is a strategic role where you will define and build the technology that supports retirement planning for the region.

In this role, you will navigate a complex problem space involving pension regulations, legacy industry processes, and evolving user needs. You will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of the product, challenging existing norms to improve efficiency, and delivering a robust platform that meets the high standards of our clients and regulators

What You'll Do

• Drive Strategic Discovery & Definition: You will independently identify the problems worth solving and translate business goals into a clear product strategy.
• Lead Through Technical Complexity: You will bridge the gap between business goals and technical reality. You will judge the technical implications of your proposals and ensure they fit within our wider infrastructure.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams. You will navigate conflicting priorities to get critical initiatives delivered.
• Own the Outcome: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Retirement Solution vertical. You are accountable for shipping products that deliver tangible value to the business.
• Develop Future Leaders: As a senior member of the team, you will mentor 2-4 Product Managers. You will stay close to their execution, helping them navigate their own challenges to ensure seamless delivery.

What You'll Bring

The Must-Haves:

• 8+ Years of Product Experience: You have a proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle, specifically within complex domains (FinTech, WealthTech, or regulated industries preferred).
• Strategic Autonomy: You are capable of operating independently and navigate ambiguous environments to define a clear strategy aligned with company goals.
• Technical & Architectural Fluency: You understand the implications of technical decisions. You can assess the complexity of a proposal and understand how it integrates with the broader system architecture.
• Influence Beyond Authority: You are a respected collaborative force. You have demonstrated the ability to influence stakeholders outside your immediate domain and drive consensus across diverse teams.
• Execution Excellence: You are confident and competent in delivery, with a focus on shipping high-quality products effectively.

The Nice-to-Haves:

• Deep familiarity with CPF, SRS, and the Singaporean retirement planning landscape.
• Working understanding of HK retirement schemes like ORSO/MPF and corporate pensions or any other superannuation/pension schemes
• Experience working on B2B2C or institutional integration projects.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• You have experience (or a strong aptitude) for managing and developing junior talent, helping them level up their skills and career trajectory.
