Lead the recruitment process, Payroll Processing, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work culture.
Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Assist in employee training and development programs to promote career growth.
Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Professional HR certification is preferred (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or MIHRM certification/membership).
Strong knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, other relevant Malaysian labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office applications, HR management software, and HR analytics/reporting tools.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with the Managing Director and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
