Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions and coordinate procurement activities.
• Source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Material Lists (DMLs).
• Track deliveries, maintain inventory records, and ensure procurement documentation is up to date.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while resolving procurement-related issues.
• Assist with procurement reviews, meetings, reporting, and other assigned tasks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (minimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent).

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Strong interest in procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and business operations.

Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Notion or similar productivity tools is an advantage.

Leadership experience through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities is preferred.
