Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Web Developer / Designer to lead our web team in building, customizing, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites for our diverse agency clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Development & Customization: Build and customize responsive WordPress themes using Elementor, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript to meet client goals.
  • Project & Sprint Leadership: Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure web deliverables are completed on or ahead of schedule.
  • WordPress Maintenance & Security: Serve as the technical point of contact for complex client cases—troubleshooting bugs, optimizing performance, and resolving malware/security issues.
  • UI/UX Design & Wireframing: Design wireframes, layouts, and intuitive site navigation to deliver clean, modern, and mobile-first user experiences.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Perform cross-browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and mobile testing to ensure pixel-perfect design and zero functionality bugs before launch.
  • Team Mentorship: Conduct code/design reviews, mentor junior web developers, and foster their technical growth.
  • In-House Platforms & Event Support: Maintain BeanSE's internal websites, implement SEO layouts, and design dedicated microsites/landing pages for company events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer / Designer specializing in WordPress.
  • Advanced proficiency in Elementor, theme customization, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for WordPress plugins, core bugs, speed optimization and malware cleanup.
  • Experience in leading project timelines and reviewing team members' code.
  • Solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles and mobile-first responsive design.
  • 2 years and above experience
