Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam

Job Scopes:

• Manage multiple Measurement Systems projects across Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.
• Ensure projects are delivered within customer specifications, schedule, budget, quality, and targeted gross profit.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project communication and resolve project issues promptly.
• Plan and manage project procurement to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to achieve competitive purchasing and project profitability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, PMO processes, and contractual requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, including schedule, quality, and payment administration.
• Handle design changes, variation orders, and commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee project execution from procurement through commissioning and final close-out.
• Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues and meeting project expectations.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance productivity and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Exposure to flow measurement systems, process analytical systems, or custody transfer solutions
• Experience with FPSO projects
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in demanding environments

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
