• Handle end-to-end sea export shipments from booking to vessel departure.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents.
• Prepare and process export documentation (SI, BL, invoice, packing list).
• Liaise with internal operations, declaration, and transport teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Update customers on shipment status and handle enquiries professionally.
• Ensure accurate billing instructions, cost checking, and proper filing in compliance with SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
