Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's air freight customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
• Good understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
