Job Requirements – F&B Captain

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or Captain role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service standards, and sequence of service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
