Job Descriptions

• Coordinate and support the introduction of new motorcycle models, ensuring project milestones and launch timelines are achieved.
• Assist in planning and coordinating new model development activities from project kick-off through to production and market launch.
• Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional departments to monitor project progress, resolve issues and implement corrective actions within project timelines.
• Assist in developing, maintaining and monitoring project schedules for new model implementation.
• Organize and coordinate monthly Head of Department (HOD) meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and follow-up on action items.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and track the completion of assigned action plans.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation required for Vehicle Type Approval (VTA), Approved Permit (AP) Franchise, and Approved Permit (AP) R&D applications.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities (MITI, JPJ and JKDM) regarding VTA and AP applications, submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate internal and external project schedules to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain and monitor project-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in maintaining and controlling ISO 9001:2015 documentation and ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
• Prepare project status reports, planning reports and other documentation as required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree certification in Business Admin/Supply Chain/Math/Operation Management or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field. Experience with 2W Planning Operation and Project Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to meet deadline while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools to create schedules and track progress would be an advantage.
• Have knowledge of Homologation and VTA Management (JPJ) would be an advantage.
• Familiar government agencies of CKD & CBU importation request such as MITI, MIDA & CUSTOM would be an advantage.
• Familiar with importation procedure, dealing with government agencies on VTA, OMV, AP application.
• Competent to converse and write in Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competent in other languages ie. Mandarin / Japanese would be an advantage.
• Computer literate in Microsoft office such as Words, Excel, and Power Point.
• Presentable, mature, independent, and able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule and deadline.
• Able to perform with minimum supervision, independent and work under pressure to meet tight schedule and deadline.
• Willing to work extra hours to meet operation target.
• Willing to work extra days weekend to complete job task.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,999.00 per month
