• Welcome and serve customers professionally.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks.
• Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Handle cashier duties and payments accurately.
• Recommend menu items, promotions, and upsell products.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Collect customer feedback, encourage Google Reviews, and promote membership enrolment.

Qualification:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience as a barista.
- Have knowledge & skills of Latte Art.
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
