SERVICE CREW ALL ROUNDER

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve customer with a great attitude.
• Capable to handle peak hour and POS system.
• Interact and upsell with customers to continuously get return customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Ensure the practice of good hygiene and strict SOPs during handling of goods.
• Good team player. Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with stock monitoring

Requirements

• Attention to detail and passionate about customer service.
• This job only open for Malaysian.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a service crew or in a similar role is preferred.
• Friendly with a positive attitude and team player.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi tasking.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Salary range: RM2000 - RM2300
