Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Plan and coordinate daily/weekly site activities with consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and related equipment.
- Verify installation of piping, ducting, cable trays, equipment supports and ensure work follows approved drawings.
- Raise RFIs or technical clarifications when required to resolve technical issues
- Monitor material requisition, deliveries, handling and usage at site.
- Ensure subcontractors follow safe work practices and comply with site HSE requirements.
- Support testing & commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
- Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update management on project status
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
