Luminer Consultings is 4M resourcing expert specialized in acquiring Materials, Manpower, Method & Machineries for construction projects in KLANG VALLEY. In view of our recent opening for mobilization of new construction projects, we are cordially inviting well experience candidate to apply for the opening to be based at Kepong Baru.

Job Summary

The Site Engineers tend to play a strategic roles for each project than as compared to Site Managers, mainly by applying their technical knowledge and expertise on managing the operations of projects on a day-to-day basis. They should ideally came from a main building works or architechural background and manage packages related to those areas.

Typical duties include:

• Managing of day to day construction projects.
• Overseeing subcontractors construction work.
• Undertaking site surveys.
• Planning & setting out sites work programs.
• Verify technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are correctly implemented.
• Managing site staff & Manpower Supply.
• Ensuring project progress meet contract specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, local authority, architects and other professionals, including quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
• Adhere technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Prepare site reports and recording progress.
• Compliance to health and safety and all other policies and legislation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering/Architechure.
• 2-3 Years experience in Main Building Works.
• Can start on short notice period
• Based at Kepong Baru
• Posses Own Transport

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
