Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience
- Recommend and sell products, services, devices, and plans
- Achieve sales & service KPIs through upselling and cross-selling
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support daily store operations and inventory management
Requirements
- Malaysian applicants with age 20-40years only can apply
- Start work : Early September 2026
- Degree in any field — Fresh graduates are welcome!
- OR Diploma with 2 years’ sales/customer service experience
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong communication, customer service & sales skills
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
