BE International Marketing Hiring! Full Time Marketing Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

The Opportunity:

This role supports the growth of AULORA by planning and executing marketing activities, monitoring sales performance, and contributing to overall business growth. It is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing plans — across digital, traditional, and distributor-facing channels — to strengthen brand presence, improve product visibility, and support the company's direct-selling network in achieving sales targets.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Product Marketing

• Plan and conduct product seminars and promotional events for customers and distributors.
• Create engaging digital marketing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop educational materials — booklets, training resources, videos, and other tools — to enhance product knowledge across online and offline channels, including for the distributor network.
• Design, implement, and support integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the brand's tone, messaging, and strategic goals, and comply with applicable direct-selling and advertising regulations (e.g., product claims, health/wellness messaging).
• Respond promptly to product-related inquiries and provide necessary support to customers and distributors.

Product Sales Performance Analysis

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance for assigned products, comparing actual performance against monthly forecasts.
• Initiate and support activities such as product training sessions, promotions, and other initiatives to drive performance.

Field Intelligence Gathering

• Collect market feedback and customer/distributor testimonials on both existing and new products.
• Gather and analyse insights on market trends and competitor activities that may influence sales performance.

Market Research

• Analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and challenges.

Additional Responsibilities

• Carry out other duties or special assignments as directed by the supervisor and management.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing or equivalent.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of marketing experience are ideal, but fresh graduates with a passion for marketing are also welcome to apply!
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and after working hours.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil).
• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (10am-7pm)
