Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, personalized spa and body treatments that meet guest needs and expectations.
Conduct guest consultations, review medical history, assess conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records for all guests in Book4Time.
Provide professional aftercare advice and respond effectively to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Ensure treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment are clean, organized, and maintained to company standards.
Clean and sanitize work areas, replace linens, and sterilize tools and equipment before each treatment.
Adhere to all hygiene, health, safety, and operational standards and procedures.
Manage inappropriate guest behaviour in accordance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of oils, creams, consumables, and other spa supplies.
Record stock usage and support inventory control activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Promote spa treatments, wellness services, and retail products to support revenue and sales targets.
Complete required daily reports and operational documentation accurately and on time.
Assist with reception, booking, and administrative duties when required.
Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance treatment techniques and service standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth spa operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
Certification or professional qualification in Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience delivering face and body treatments, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment.
Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and wellness treatment principles.
Experience in holistic, wellness, and alternative therapy treatments is an advantage.
Familiarity with spa management systems such as Book4Time.
Experience in retail sales, product promotion, and achieving sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
Physically fit with the stamina to stand for extended periods and perform treatments throughout the day.
