We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and initiative to follow up with the relevant parties and ensure tasks are completed on time, while also providing support and on-the-job guidance to junior team members to help maintain efficiency in the accounting function.

Location: Bandar Tasik Kesuma Beranang, 43700 Semenyih

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and monitor customer ageing.
• Follow up on overdue customer payments and collection issues.
• Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules.
• Monitor petty cash and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
• Complete month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor petty cash and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Support external audit, tax submission and statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial schedules, reconciliations and reports for Management.
• Perform other accounting, finance and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in AR, AP, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Experience with SQL Accounting is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
