Job Title: Life Insurance Agent / Financial Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help individuals and families protect their financial future through life insurance, medical protection, savings, retirement, and wealth planning solutions. No prior insurance experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and consult with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
• Recommend suitable life insurance and financial planning solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide ongoing customer service.
• Assist clients with policy applications and claims support.
• Stay updated on products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Achieve monthly sales and activity targets while maintaining ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to learn and build a long-term career.
• Fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
• Malaysian citizen.
