Key responsibility:

• Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all outlets and office facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved within the required timeline.
• Arrange contractors for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, painting, signage and general repair works.
• Perform regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor’s performance and ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and compare costs before recommending appointments.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality of work and project timelines.
• Verify completed work before processing payments.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests, service reports, warranties and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fit-out, facilities management, maintenance or project coordination.
• Experience managing retail, F&B or commercial outlet projects is an advantage
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general building maintenance.
• Good negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to outlets and project sites when requires.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
