Headstart Group Limited Hiring! Full Time Teacher Coordinator and Education Trainer in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of NETs to ensure compliance with company standards

• Develop training materials and conduct training on teaching skill for NETs

• Lead a team of colleagues to assess NETs’ performance through class observation to provide constructive feedback and guidance

• Support teachers with specific challenges

• Stay up-to-date on educational research, trends, and new teaching methodologies

• Assist in the recruitment and selection procedures of NETs including compilation of teacher profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related discipline

• English teaching experiences in Primary or Secondary schools

• Clear understanding of English syllabuses in Hong Kong education

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

• Strong computer skill and good communicator

• Hands-on experiences in training field is a distinct advantage
