· Curate and host HKGTA-exclusive acquisition events and trial experiences tailored to target demographics (e.g. families, corporate decision-makers, weekend leisure patrons).
· Track event ROI and conversion outcomes, continuously refining event themes, guest lists, and follow-up cadence.
· Build diverse, like-minded communities within HKGTA by developing connection points (interest-based groups, social touchpoints, family activities, corporate networking).
· Develop and execute a patron engagement strategy that increases enquiries, reservations, on-site spending, repeat visits, and long-term loyalty.
· Manage contact strategies with patrons using insights and preferences to create a differentiated experience journey and proactive touchpoints.
· Identify corporate opportunities and design sales campaigns/packages suited to corporate needs.
· Actively contribute to the annual business plan preparation, including sales forecasts, campaign calendar, and budget assumptions.

· Polished communication, discretion, and ability to deliver premium patron experiences.
