Be responsible for the local first-line maintenance of the system with Client’s R&D remote second-line support.

1.Deliver Project contents:

• Software installation, configuration, integration, and self-testing
• Do System Acceptance Test and User Acceptance Test with customer
• Carry out the official launch of the function
• Provide daily observation results and overall observation reports
• Provide training to customers on how to use system function

2.Maintenance work contents:

• Customers Service of consulting and troubleshooting
• Edit the Basic Scripts code under R&D’s instruction
• Be familiar with Excel, especially, pivot tables and functions (such as Vlookup) is a plus
• System troubleshooting in time: After received notification from TWM admin, we need to reply by phone within 2 hours and solve the initial problem. Further, on site to handle the situation within 4 hours and provide 7x 24-hour emergency troubleshooting.

**Work location will be dependent on the customer needs - NanKang, BanQiao, NeiHu,SanChung,AiGuoEastRoad or XinYiRoad

Mandatory Skills: Telecom Telco Cloud Orchestrator .

Experience: 1-3 Years .
