About the Role

A collaboration between Pro Bono SG and the National Arts Council (NAC), the ARH Arts Law Centre is a first-of-its-kind initiative giving Singapore's creative community access to legal guidance. Launched as a pilot running from 2026 to 2028, this is a founding role where you will not be stepping into a pre-built system—you will help shape it from day one. As the operational engine of the Centre, you will turn plans into programmes, overseeing case intake, clinic logistics, and stakeholder engagement so that artists get the help they need.

Your First Year Might Look Like…

• Running the Centre's first legal clinics end to end, and refining the systems that make them hum.
• Building relationships with arts organisations across Singapore who become genuine partners.
• Turning programme data into stories of impact that funders and partners can see and feel.
• Creating the operational playbook that a growing centre will run on for years to come.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of scheduled and walk-in legal clinics, including enquiries, case intake, and appointment scheduling.
• Plan and execute legal literacy talks, workshops, and community events, handling everything from venue logistics to participant engagement.
• Coordinate and maintain collaborative relationships with our panel of volunteer lawyers, NAC, arts organisations, and other partners.
• Collect and analyze programme statistics to prepare impact reports for management, funders, and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, programme resources, budgets, and ensure compliance with organizational and funding requirements.

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in Law, Arts Management, Social Sciences, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience in programme coordination, project management, arts administration, or the non-profit sector.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a knack for managing multiple workstreams and competing deadlines independently.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, highly organized, and service-oriented mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for supporting Singapore's arts community.
