Responsibilities
BUSINESS UNIT / DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Learning Delivery operates as a unit within the Child Development Department. It supports the functional learning needs of NFC staff by offering high-quality programmes through synchronous and non-synchronous learning to enable staff to achieve mastery in their domain.
For curriculum training, it partners the English Language and Mother Tongue Language teams to provide end-to-end programme management of workshops, from planning and coordination to delivery and evaluation, to enable excellence in professional practice.
For other training needs, Learning Delivery partners HODs to identify functional learning requirements and provides end-to-end planning and delivery of training programmes. This may include developing customised programmes with in-house or external subject matter experts.
The department also value-adds capabilities in content creation, education technology, systemised process improvements, and data analysis to enable timely decision-making and effective learning delivery.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Manage English language (EL) and Mother Tongue language (MTL) Curriculum training and record adhoc centre training related programmes
Manage and publish the weekly Learning DeliverU Circular to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication of training updates across business units
Manage PDP nominations
Support annual audit preparation works and regulatory submissions - cross-functional collaboration to facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Curriculum training and centre related programmes
End-to-end programme management (registration, attendance, record of learning and training evaluation)
Plan and review annual curriculum training calendar
Deliver data insights to support EL and MTL in enhancing learning outcomes
Record learning of some centre related programmes
Manage and publish the weekly Learning DeliverU Circular to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication of training updates across business units
Consolidate inputs from internal stakeholders to update the Learning DeliverU Circulars on a weekly basis
Develop and implement a new monthly theme for the Learning DeliverU Circular sites to sustain engagement and enhance visual appeal
Support in the the ECDA’s Professional Development Programme For Educators and Leaders
Identify and propose a list of staff who meet the requirements for management nomination
Liaise with ECDA on the nomination
Keep record of nominations and update completion of PDP
Support annual audit preparation works and regulatory submissions
Compile and prepare CPD KPI statistics for business units for ECDA submissions
Initiate the annual data cleansing exercise in collaboration with centres
Generate and organise reports to support audit sample selection
Provide documents, templates, and system access to facilitate audit preparation
Coordinate across functions to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
A good degree from a reputable university
Experience
Some experience in design work (e.g. newsletter)
Exposure to vendor management and working with multiple stakeholders
Good to have at least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development
Fresh graduate who has an interest in Learning and Development is welcome to apply
